ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.21 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468, 471, 420, 120-B and 447 of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram, on 31.07.2023. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
