This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.19777 of 2022 dated 23.08.2022, insofar as the condition imposed at para 6 of the impugned order, directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties one among the surety shall be a blood relative of the accused.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. The other conditions shall remain intact.
