kkd 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18860 of 2018 has been complied with and the copy of the Proceedings vide dated 10.11.2023 has also duly served to the petitioner through registered post along with acknowledgement is submitted by the respondent before this Court.
