ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.65 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 11.09.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri as to how long he will take for disposal of the suit. Since the case is made over to the learned Additional District Judge, Dharmapuri, she sent a report stating that she would require four months to dispose of the suit.

3. Taking into consideration the request made by the learned Additional District Judge, Dharmapuri, there shall be a direction to her to dispose of O.S.No.65 of 2020 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
