2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and final report is filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Namakkal.

3. In view of the completion of investigation and filing of final report, there is no case made out in quashing the petition.
