2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made, Registry is directed to delete the following sentence in paragraph No.7 of the order passed in W.P.No.25617 of 2024 dated 05.03.2025:

"If the petitioner is successful in getting compensation before the LAOP Court, he can also seek for his claim on the compensation that has been kept in the revenue deposit."

Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction and issue fresh order copy.
