ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order and decreetal order dated 18.10.2016 passed in E.P.No.1991 of 2014 in A.R.C.No.579 of 2011 on the file of the IX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was listed on 23.03.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 25.03.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 25.03.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
