C.M.P.No.2285 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 245 days in filing the second appeal.

2.C.M.P.No.5948 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the surviving legal heirs of the deceased appellant.

3.C.M.P.No.5949 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the appellant.

4.These petitions stand allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only).

5.Learned counsel for the petitioner made an offer that instead of paying the cost, he may be permitted to purchase any law book not exceeding Rs.500/- useful to any junior lawyer.

6.This Court records the gesture of the learned counsel with appreciation.

7. Post the matter on 20.06.2023 under the caption "for reporting compliance".
