ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the impugned show cause notice in Na.Ka.No.2721/2020/A2 dated 12.10.2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been
3 W.P.No.26615 of 2021 stated that the local body Panchayat election were held in the month of December 2019 for the 5th respondent Panchayat namely Malapampadi Village Panchayat, Thiruvannamalai district. The petitioner was elected as member of the third ward on 02.01.2020. The 6th respondent was elected as President. The petitioner was then elected as a Vice President. It is alleged that the 6th respondent indulged in corruption and misappropriation of public funds. It has been stated that the petitioner had given certain complaints against him. In response, a notice has been issued to the petitioner. It is a show cause notice. It is represented that subsequently an enquiry was also conducted on 21.12.2021. The issue raised does not survive any more for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
