The Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.37 of 2025 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent-Police to CBCID Police or any other investigation agency.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State and perused the materials available on record.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent-Police had already completed the investigation in Crime No.37 of 2025 and also filed the negative charge sheet through e-filing vide No.LTN20220001628C 202500460 on 26.07.2025 before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Karimangalam.
4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, 2/4
