Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the operation of the judgement and decree passed in OS.No.234 of 2010 passed by the Honourable District Judge-II, kancheepuram. (in CMP.9208/2017) and;

(2) to direct the respondents 7 to 9 to reconnect the electricity supply in service No.455A (Cycle 5.2 M.No.922249) to the petitioner's house, (in CMP.9209/2017) pending disposal of the above appeal. AS.NO.219/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.J.MANOHARAN, Advocate on behalf of the 1 to 6 Respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:- C O M M O N O R D E R In C.M.P.No.9208 of 2017, on 22.06.

2017, an order of interim stay was granted, insofar as it relates to directing the first defendant/petitioner herein to remove the unauthorised construction of cement sheeted roof house described in 'B' schedule mentioned as EFGH in rough sketch and also, with regard to the direction given to defendants 2 to 4 (respondents 7 to 9) to disconnect the power supply to service connection no.455 A (Cycle 5.2M.No.922249) given in the plaint 'B' schedule property. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

2. The Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P.No.9209 of 2017 has been filed to direct respondents 7 to 9 to reconnect the electricity supply to the petitioner. As directed by this Court vide order dated 22.06.2017, the petitioner got the electricity connection restored. Hence, no further order is required in this petition and the same is closed.
