By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the third respondent to conclude the enquiry as against the fifth respondent pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was taken up, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents placed on record a proceeding dated 07.08.2015, whereby it is seen that the enquiry was already over and thereby the petitioner was imposed with a punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of two years with cumulative effect.

3. Therefore, since the enquiry has already been over and thereby the petitioner was also imposed with a punishment as stated supra, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. WMP.No.3567 of 2016.
