ORDER

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the fifth respondent to investigate the matter in Crime No.56 of 2014 and to file a final report within a stipulated period. 2.A complaint has been lodged by this petitioner as against one Arul and others for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(1) of IPC. Though the complaint has been registered in Crime No.56 of 2014 as early as on 29.03.2014, till date there is no progress in the investigation and the final report has not been filed. Hence, this petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondents police to expedite the investigation, complete the same and file final report as early as possible.
