Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to survey the measurement of petitioner's property situated at Padiyanallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District in New Survey No.158/4A1B and total extend of 3568 square feet in vide document No.1134/2004 on the file of the SubRegistered office Redhills, Tiruvallur District and pursuant petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2024.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey his property situated in New Survey No.158/4A1B at PadiyanallurV Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, by considering his representation dated 12.08.2024.

According to the petitioner, the above mentioned property belonged to him under a registered settlement deed dated 28.03.2024 executed by his mother, and patta was also issued in the name of the petitioner based on the settlement deed. Now the petitioner submitted online application dated 30.07.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned property, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/5

3. Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 30.07.2024 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
