..Respondent Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint and declare the petitioner as the Natural Guardian of the minor daughter LIANA aged about 12 years and grant custody of the girl to the petitioner until the minor girl attains the age of 18. These application and Original Petitions are coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The application in A.No.4808 of 2021 has been filed seeking an order to receive additional documents in the above O.P.No.633 of 2020.
2. Registry is directed to return the papers to the applicant as she has not filed the necessary copies of documents and that the numbering of the application itself seems to be wrong.
3. Since, inasmuch as the copy of the documents are not filed properly along with the application, the application in A.No.4808 of 2021 is rejected.
