ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Without making any representation to the competent authority i.e. Sulur Panchayat Union, Sulur Block, Coimbatore District, on the allegation of encroachment on a street by the fourth respondent, the petitioner seems to be making representation to different authorities and thereafter, has approached this Court.

2. The petitioner should approach the concerned village panchayat viz., Sulur Panchayat Union, through its competent authority, bringing to their notice about the allged encroachment.

3. If such representation is made, the competent authority shall do well to hold an inquiry, and if any encroachment is found, to

remove the same as early as possible. It is made clear that an opportunity of hearing shall be afforded to the fourth respondent who is alleged to have made encroachment.

4. The petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.40563 of 2025 is closed. (MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA, CJ.)
