Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order dated 28.08.2019 vide Se.Mu.Aa.No.6446/2019/Po.1, passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same, consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to allow the petitioner to continue as Forest Range Officer in Hosur Forest Range.
