The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for directing to consider the appeal dated 06.12.2006 preferred to the Second Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Second Respondent by Order in Ref. No. HO: HRM:A3-2017-18 dated 24.09.2018 has disposed the said appeal dated 06.12.2006 and its copy has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges receipt of its copy and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
