This petition is filed to condone the delay of 271 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.A.Jagadeeswari, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.K.Poomalai, learned counsel for the second respondent, being the main contesting respondent, who has no objection in condoning the delay of 271 days in filing the appeal.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 271 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
