ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to call for the records in Crime No.28 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, he learned Government Advocate submitted that in the case in Crime No.28 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2015, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magstrate-II, Krishnagiri, being taken on file in C.C. No.22 of 2019.

3. Since charge sheet has been filed in Crime No.28 of 2015, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
