ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 11.05.2017 made in W.P.No.12294 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the contempt petition is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner himself submitted that the shop in question was closed on 27.09.2017 itself. Thus, we find no willful disobedience of the order under contempt.
