This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to regularise the loan accounts of the petitioner in Account 1/5

Nos.007503628000001 and 007533000000033.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that already the petitioner's loan accounts were declared as Non Performing Assets. Therefore, unless and otherwise the petitioner settled the entire loan amount, the accounts cannot be regularised as sought for by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. As such, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
