ORDER

Arb. Appln. No.988 of 2025 has been filed to raise the order of attachment, dated 27.07.2016 passed in A. No.6790 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the entire dues of the respondents have been settled by the applicant and therefore the order of attachment, dated 27.07.2016 passed in A. 6790 of 2015 may be raised.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents on instructions would also submit that the applicant has settled the dues of the respondents. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this application has to be granted. Accordingly, Arb. Appln. No.988 of 2025 is allowed by raising the order of attachment, dated 27.07.2016 passed in A. No.6790 of 2015.

4. Both the parties as well as the Registry is directed to communicate this order to the concerned Sub Registrar office as well as other statutory authorities in order to remove the encumbrances from their respective records.
