This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records and quash the First Information Report in Crime No.50 of 2017 dated 28.02.2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Madhukarai Polices Station, Coimbatore for offences under Sections 342, 323, 324 & 506(ii) IPC.
