Although the order was made ready on 22.11.2016, in view of the fact that the counsel on record for the petitioner was not keeping well to receive the order copy, the petitioner's counsel received the order copy only on 8.12.2016, therefore, the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- could not be deposited. This Court, finding no serious objection from the learned counsel on the other side, is inclined to grant two more weeks time to the petitioner to comply with the order dated 10.11.2016 for depositing the sum of Rs.5,00,000/-. The petition is ordered accordingly. Post the matter on 02.01.2017.
