This petition is filed to condone the delay of 82 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioner, Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel for respondent 1 and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent 2. Despite notice having been served upon respondent 3, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 82 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 82 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
