The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in C.No.498 of 2016 and the same was closed.
