4.P.Mani ..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the 4th respondent which is pending in O.S.No.375 of 2023 on the file of the learned II Additional District Court, Gobichettipalayam, by considering their representation dated 23.06.2023. This writ petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the 4th respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 to 3.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is already a suit pending between the parties and that the respondents 1 to 3 are not interfering 2/4

with the dispute and the petitioners and the 4th respondent will have to resolve their dispute only before the Civil Court.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
