Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection to the petitioner safeguarding from the respondents 3 and 4 and their men to live peacefully based on the representation dated 28.08.2019.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to giving police protection to the petitioner safeguarding from the respondents 3 and 4 and their men to live peacefully based on the representation dated 28.08.2019.

It is seen that there is a property dispute pending between the the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the civil court, and the petitioner has given representation to the respondents police to give police protection, which is still pending. Therefore, this Court is of the view that it would be appropriate to direct the respondents police to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2019 after issuing notice to the the respondents 3 and 4 and after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
