PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or order, or direction in the name of the Writ, to direct the first respondent to run a SPA i.e. Cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "BLUE NILE PROFESSIONAL SPA" at Door No.114, A.K.Nagar, 2nd floor, Saibaba Colony, Narayanaguru Road, Coimbatore District -641 011 by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2023.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to grant No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to run the SPA based on the representation dated 05.07.2023.

2. Heard Mr.N.Edwin Jayakumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 05.07.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law and in line with the relevant Government Order/circulars and a decision shall be taken 2/4

within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
