Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to survey the lands in S.F.No.139/3A1 situated at Kurichi Village, Coimbatore District and sub divide the subject matter of property with reference to the petitioner's land within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to survey the lands in S.F.No.139/3A1 situated at Kurichi Village, Coimbatore District and sub divide the subject matter of property with reference to the petitioner's land within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard M/s.S.Pooja Shree, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, counter parties and the adjacent owners if any, pass orders to survey the land comprised in S.F.No.139/3A1, situated at Kurichi Village, Coimbatore District, after payment of requisite fees by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
