respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2024 to the second respondent and permit the petitioner to raise the height and lay the road in the lane leading to the petitioner house in Door No.25-A, Vedanayagam Chetty Street, Nagapattinam 611 001. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
