O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission for conduct demonstration for justice for Nandhini at the venue of near bus stand, Sankarapuram at 03.00p.m., on 25.02.2017 and other alternative days.

2. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. The prayer sought for in this petition became infructuous.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
