By consent, the writ petition is taken for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Thriuvengadam, learned standing counsel, who takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.J.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the second respondent.

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representations of petitioner dated 07.02.2019 and 19.07.2019. 4.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent-CMDA represents that the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2019 and 19.07.2019 objection regarding conversion of the industrial area into commercial area and sharing of maintenance charges is under active consideration of the first respondent and their representation will be disposed of at the earliest.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2019 and 19.07.2019, after affording due opportunity to the parties concerned preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
