representation dated 09.07.2024.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to issue patta in respect of the land and building comprising in T.S.No.1, Block - 6, Ward - E, Door No.69, Kaatu Valavu, Sough Street, Edappadi Village, Edappadi Taluk, Salem District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2024 .

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is in possession and enjoyment in the above mentioned property for a long time and she submitted a representation dated 09.07.2024 seeking issuance of patta in her name and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the 2/4

petitioner would be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2024 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to all interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
