Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.

143/2021 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.VINOTH KUMAR Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in the judgment passed by the Sessions Judge (Fast Track Mahila Court), Namakkal, in S.C.No.05 of 2014 dated 02.12.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
