DHANABAL, J Today, when the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the earlier order passed by this Court on 09.08.2024 without fail.

In view of the above submission made by him as well as considering that the nature of offences, this Court is fully relaxed the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioner.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
