This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to forbear the third respondent from harassing the petitioner and to direct the respondents 1 & 2, to take action against the third respondent.

2. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
