The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17136 of 2024, dated 24.07.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation is also completed.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
