The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9464/2024 in Crl.O.P.No.7705 of 2024 dated 02.07.2024 directing the petitioner herein to appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
