The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report after carrying out true and proper investigation in Crime No.610 of 2010, registered on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.07.2016.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor), on instructions, would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the same has also been taken on file as C.C.No.4162 of 2011 by the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the submission so made, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is left open to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Court concerned.
