This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in preferring the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 18 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.277 of 2023 is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
