It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that during the pendency of this Revision Petitioner the main case was disposed with an acquittal of the petitioner. 2.The learned Public Prosecutor also submitted that S.C.No.52 of 2017, which was pending before the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal was transferred to the Juvenile Justice Board and taken cognizance in S.C.No.9 of 2018 and was disposed on 13.05.2019 by acquitting the petitioner. 3.This Criminal Revision Petition is filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.462 of 2017 for discharging the petitioner. Since, the main case itself is ended in acquittal, nothing survives in this petition.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
