2. The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the HMOP.No.67 of 2017 filed by him seeking divorce.
3. From the B-Diary extract that is produced, it is seen that the Original Petition in HMOP.No.67 of 2017 is in the stage of arguments and the same is adjourned for nearly a year at the same stage.
4. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the trial Court viz., the Subordinate Court, Ranipet, to dispose of the HMOP.No.67 of 2017 within a period of three (3) moths from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
