These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay in filing the petitions; To set aside the abatement, if any caused due to the death of the deceased respondents and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondents and the same are tabulated below:

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these civil miscellaneous petitions, the petitions in C.M.P.Nos.18200, 18265, 18466, 18908, 18079, 18153 and 18255 of 2022 to condone the delay stand ordered. The abatement caused due to the death of the respondents in C.M.P.Nos.18208, 18269, 18476, 18911, 18081, 18158 and 18256 of 2022 stand ordered. The corresponding respondents are ordered to be brought on record as legal representatives of the respective respondents in the Appeal Suits in C.M.P.Nos.18203, 18270, 18475, 18910, 18085, 18156 and 18250 of 2022 stand ordered. 28.02.2023 skr Note: Registry is directed to carry out all the necessary amendments and post these Appeal Suits after two weeks.
