The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 26.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14306 of 2024 before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for a period of 45 days; that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is also completed.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
