Though the petitioner has come up with this Miscellaneous petition seeking to clarify the order of this Court dated 05.10.2020 made in W.P.No.33900 of 2018, with regard to the monetary benefits payable to the petitioner, on the modification of the punishment passed in W.P.No.33900 of 2018, which according to the petitioner is not being granted by the respondents, however, a careful perusal of the order of this Court dated 05.10.2020 reveals that, this Court has passed a clear order, wherein the punishment was modified from stoppage of increment for a period of two years with cumulative effect to one of stoppage of increment for a period of two years without cumulative effect. There being no ambiguity in the order passed by this Court, no clarification is required.

2. Accordingly, the present Writ Miscellaneous petition stands dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to ventilate his grievances in the manner known to law, if so advised.
