ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the body of the detenue namely, Sakila, D/o Shanmugam, aged about 30 years, and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, both the petitioner and the detenue viz., Sakila are present. This is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

nothing but a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his family one side and the detenue and her family on the other side. To resolve the dispute, we have open talk with the petitioner and the detenue. After conclusion of the talk, both the petitioner and the detenue informed us that they would like to part away. It is further agreed that the detenue would file a divorce petition, for which, the petitioner would give his consent.

The submissions made by the petitioner and the detenue stand recorded. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
