The petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.M.P.No.393/2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17439 of 2023 dated 22.01.2024 in C.C.No.197/2021, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned II Additional Special Judge NDPS Act, Chennai, once in a month ie., on 1st day of every month at 10.00 am.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
