ORDER

The present Civil Revision has been filed by the plaintiff seeking expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.196 of 2018 pending before the Subordinate Court, Palacode, Dharmapuri District.

2. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have also gone through the materials placed on record.

4. The major grievance of the petitioner is that the suit was filed in the year 2018 and though pleadings are completed in the said suit and the trial has also commenced, as can be seen from the adjudications in the B Diary, the suit is not yet been disposed of.

5. In view of the above and also considering that the said suit is pending from the year 2018, I direct the Subordinate Court, Palacode, Page No.2 of 4

Dharmapuri District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.196 of 2018 within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the parties.

6. Accordingly, this Civil revision petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
